In Deuteronomy 6:7 the Word of God commands parents to teach Godly principles to their children when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou

liest down, and when thou risest up. Simply stated, we are constantly, consistently to train our children in what is right, wherever we are and in whatever we are doing. In other words, every Christian parent should have the conviction of giving their children a Christian education.

How can parents who truly love their children and want them to develop a relationship with Christ send these same children to a public school system that undermines everything they are trying to accomplish? Can you visualize the Israelites sending their children back into Egypt to go to school?

We believe in Creation. The public schools teach evolution.

*

We believe that God is in control. The public school teaches humanism and that man is in control.

*

We believe in praying without ceasing. Many public schools do not even allow a public moment of prayer.

*

We believe in a lifestyle that is pure, holy, and morally right in the sight of God. The public school promotes ways for students to be impure and immoral safely.

*

We believe a physical relationship is sacred and reserved only for marriage. The public school teaches how to have such a relationship and call it "health class.”

What do we, as Christians, have in common with such a place? Can we expect our children to serve the Lord after they have been exposed to such teachings contrary to the Word of God for more than 30 hours each week?

Many young people are thankful for parents who removed them from such an influence and placed them in a Christian school.  How important it is to be exposed to the Bible throughout one’s day, to memorize Scripture, experience daily morning devotions, thrill at the hearing of weekly chapel messages, and be taught by example how to build and maintain a relationship with Christ.  God’s plan is for Christian education to continue generation after generation. What a great blessing it is to have a Christian heritage!
