Athletic Director: Joel Hiatt

Mr. Hiatt was saved and made a new creature in Christ at the age of twenty-four.  He was called to preach at twenty-six years of age and at the age of twenty-nine started pastoring the Westside Baptist Church where he currently pastors.  His wife, Myra Hiatt, is the first grade teacher at RCS.  They have two children, Matthew and Mandy, and one grandson, Levi.  Mr. Hiatt has been the athletic driector at RCS since 2003 and was varsity boys' basketball coach for six years and varisty baseball coach for one year.  He was also physical education teacher at RCS for four yeaers.  In 2005, he was named State Coach of the Year and Conference Coach of the Year.
