FINANCIAL INFORMATION FOR 2010-2011

ROCKWELL CHRISTIAN SCHOOL

 

 

APPLICATION FEE:  New students only (processing fee) - $25.00 (K-3 through 5th grade)

                            New students only (processing & diagnostic fee) -$40.00 (6th through 12th)

 

REGISTRATION FEE:         $200.00 per student if paid by May 16, 2011. 

                                                $220.00 per student if paid on or after May 17, 2011.

 

The registration fee includes designated items such as student insurance (which is mandatory), NCCSA membership dues, yearbook, achievement testing, and to cover operating expenses.  Registration fees are non-refundable. 

 

IMPORTANT:          This registration fee is required of all children by May 16, 2011.  It should be paid early to insure a seat for your child in the classroom.  After the classroom limits are reached, your child will be placed on a waiting list.

 

TUITION:                 PRE-SCHOOL (AGES 3 & 4)

                                    $2650.00 per child per school year (1/2 day)

                                    8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

                                    $2850.00 per child per school year (all day)                 

                                    8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

 

                                    KINDERGARTEN

                                    $2850.00 per child per school year

 

                                    ELEMENTARY (Grades 1 through 5)

                                    $2950.00 per child per school year

 

                                    JUNIOR AND SENIOR HIGH (Grades 6 through 12)

                                    $3000.00 per child per school year

 

*Note:  School records and report cards may not be released until all tuition and fees are paid in full.

 

FAMILY TUITION DISCOUNTS:

2 children – deduct 15% from the second child’s tuition charge

3 children – deduct 25% from the third child’s tuition charge

4 children – deduct 30% from the fourth child’s tuition charge

 

TUITION DISCOUNT:

A 3% discount will be given if full tuition payment is made before July 20, 2011.

 

REFERRAL DISCOUNT:

Current families may receive a $250 discount on their tuition by referring another family to RCS.  The referral line on the application must be filled out and presented to the office when the new family enrolls their child(ren).  The discount is applicable as long as the new family keeps their child(ren) enrolled at RCS for the current school year.  This discount will be applied to the final tuition payment if both accounts are paid in full.

**The PACE  utilization fee and curriculum fee for sixth through twelfth grades is to cover the minimum number of PACE’s and/or books. Upon completion of this minimum, a charge of $3.50 will be assessed for each additional PACE.
