Fine Arts
Elementary Fine Arts: Students in grades 3-6 participate in the NCCSA Fine Arts Competition that has been developed and organized for the sole purpose of providing NCCSA students an outlet to hone and display their God-given talents and to compete against other Christian school students. There are several areas of competition: group music, speech, art, spelling, Bible quizzes and competition, science fairs, journalism, and academic testing.
Junior and Senior High Student Convention: Every year students in grades 7 through 12 (Those who are 13 by December 31 of the current school year.) compete in approximately 150 events including Academics, Arts, Athletics, Music, and Speech and Drama. However, the main emphasis is spiritual rallies that challenge students to become leaders in their areas of influence around the world. Regional Student Convention at the Wilds Youth Camp and the International Student Convention (hosted at various locations across America) are wonderful events to train the next generation of Christian leaders. Through individual and group interaction and competition, young people gain experiences that will last a lifetime. Participation in Student Conventions is an outlet for Christian young people to develop leadership skills that will benefit them in their service for the Lord.
